01 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs your use of the dewa22 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by dewa22. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or use any part of our platform.

By accessing or using dewa22, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;

• You are not acting on behalf of any other individual or entity without valid authorization.

02 Member Eligibility

• Not a dewa22 employee: Employees, business partners, agents, and immediate family members of dewa22 are not eligible to register as regular members or claim any bonuses.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on dewa22. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, the same identification number, the same phone number, the same email address, or the same bank details — is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Providing your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official identification document;
• Providing an active and reachable phone number;
• Setting a strong and unique password for your account;
• Agreeing to undergo the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by the dewa22 team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity occurring within your account is your responsibility, unless fraud involving a vulnerability in our system is proven.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Dewa22 provides a range of safe and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysia members, including FPX, Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposit:

• All deposits are credited to your account automatically within minutes;
• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the deposit page within your account;
• Dewa22 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges;
• You are only permitted to deposit funds from legitimate sources and in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of verification;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted;

05 Bonus & Promotions

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus received has a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance. The rollover rate for each promotion is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms;
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically;

06 Game Rules

All games offered on dewa22 use an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Every player has an equal chance, and no party — including dewa22 itself — can control or predict game outcomes.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure;
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, dewa22 will use server data to determine a fair outcome and refund the bet where necessary;
• Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or third-party assistance tools that provide an unfair advantage in games;
• Strategies that disrupt the experience of other players, including in Live Casino games, are prohibited and may result in account suspension;
• For Live Casino games, player conduct in the chat room must remain respectful. Offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at live dealers or other players will not be tolerated.

07 Prohibitions & Restrictions

Dewa22 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on our platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register;
• Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in any money laundering activity through the dewa22 platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or system manipulation, including the use of stolen credit cards or false payment information;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions;
• Engaging in systematic hedge wagering across different accounts to avoid risk and abuse bonuses;
• Threatening, harassing, or distributing harmful content to the dewa22 team or other members through any communication channel on the platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

08 Account Closure

Dewa22 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Account closure request by the member themselves for personal reasons, including a self-exclusion programme;
• Account inactivity for a period as determined by dewa22's internal policy.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the dewa22 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to any outstanding debts or unfulfilled rollover requirements.

09 Limitation of Liability

Dewa22 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely, dewa22 makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

• Dewa22 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform;
• Dewa22 is not liable for delays, service disruptions, or data loss caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, network outages, or actions by authorities;
• Dewa22's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the preceding 12 months;

10 Responsible Gaming
